At GTN Renta Car we provide car rental services in the city of Medellin, the Metropolitan Area and the José María Córdova Airport in Rionegro and Enrique Olaya Herrera in Medellín. We are located in the Dann Carlton Hotel in Poblado and in the Belfort. We provide 24-hour car rental service in Medellin.

Yes, you can pick up or return the car you rent at any of our offices.

Yes, you can pick up the car you rented at the airport and you can also return it there. This has an additional cost for the delivery and collection of the car after the service has been determined.

Most reservations are confirmed directly, and the rest are usually confirmed in less than 48 hours. If we have not been able to confirm the reservation, we will contact you if additional information is required or if there is a problem with the reservation.

You can always check the status of your reservation, once logged into your GTN Renta Car account, in the “Orders” section.

If you made the reservation and did not make the payment, the reservation may not have been completed. The confirmation will be generated when paying the total amount of the reservation.

Yes. When picking up the vehicle, you will need to leave a deposit.

In addition, you will have to pay for any requested extras, which have not been selected at the time of online booking or for any additional drivers you wish to register.

Depending on the type of rental, there may be other expenses that must be covered.

GTN Renta Car only accepts credit cards that have franchises such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express franchises, as long as they have a CVC (Card Verification Code), usually printed on the back of the card, which means that it is enabled. to buy online. The card must be in the name of the person making the rental.

As long as the available space covers the total value corresponding to the rental and the insurance that is made to be frozen while the vehicle is in use.

It is possible if the credit card holder is present at the time of signing the contract and you appear as an additional driver in the contract.

If the license is valid and is used in national territory, it will be valid and admitted to drive during the authorized stay of the holder, in accordance with international provisions on the matter. (Art. 25 of the national traffic code in Colombia).

It must be delivered tanked, clean and in perfect condition as it was delivered.

Does not cover loss of papers, keys, fines, photo fine. Loss of accessories such as tires, emergency tires, rims, radio, speakers, headrests, mirrors, among others, theft of parts or engine components. *** It should be noted that none of the protections or insurance covers accessories such as: radio, mirrors, cups, streetlights, etc. (removable accessories).

If there is someone injured, contact the emergency number, once possible, immediately inform GTN Renta Car to start the accident process.

If you cancel:

  • MORE THAN 48 hours before the rental starts, you will receive a full refund (if you paid a deposit when booking the car, the deposit will not be refunded).
  • LESS THAN 48 hours before, or while you are at the rental counter, you must pay 30% of the total rental value.
  • AFTER the rental starts (or if you don't show up), you won't receive a refund.

This applies to all reservations apart from:

  • reservations labeled as "non-refundable" (you cannot modify a non-refundable reservation and you will not receive a refund if you cancel it).
